Starting tomorrow and running through the 21st of February, excluding Sundays and Mondays, Chris Norrell will be doing 1 free tattoo each day to the first person to come in and wish him a Happy Birthday. Here’s the rules: 1) the free tattoo has to be horror/monster related 2) you cannot participate if you have gotten a free birthday tattoo from Chris in the past 3) arms and legs only.
